Sixth graders have been learning how to become better troubleshooters. Together, we’ve discussed malware, viruses, weak Internet connection, as well as hardware and software issues that might arise. Our class came up with some great solutions for a variety of possible computer problems. We used the Google Application LucidChart.com to create troubleshooting flowcharts that will help them problem solve as errors arise.
